Let's see your view!
The wife and I were recently down in Galveston Texas and stayed at a resort right on the Gulf. Had sat down for an alcoholic beverage and some football and seen this view..........If we were any closer to the water we would have needed pontoon's.

Here's a nice campsite we were in a couple years ago and want to go back again. Up in the Northwest corner of the USA, looking across the Straights of Juan de Fuca into Canada.

There are many to choose from on the island. It's best to call a few of them ahead of time and reserve if you know when your coming. We've called several times with several being booked.
This paticular picture was taken at Bayou Shores RV Resort. We have stayed at a few others and regardless of any online reviews, had a good time at all of them.
Below is a map of those on the island.

In 2009 we were in Shady Cove, Oregon, overlooking the Rogue River. The rv park has a few spots on the river bank.

Here is my "garage with a view" out the back of my Outlaw toy hauler motorhome backed up to near the cliffside at Gooseneck State Park in Utah.

Wow what a view and a great shot. My wife would of freaked out if we parked that close to the edge.
