No impact at all, unless you apply the parking brake or put it in gear. Even then, the jacks on my DP would just drag it along.

The bigger issue......many cars need to be started at the end of the day or their battery could be getting weak from a lot of braking/lighting work. Just don't forget to do whatever your toad requires at the end of the day. Many toads, like mine, nothing is required.
