Levelers won't retract

Need some help. The levelers on our 2001 Georgia Boy Landau won't retract. Any suggestions? Just joined this site and I posted this same question but don't know where! Thanks for any and all help!

I owned (briefly) an 01 Landau and for what it's worth, the levelers pumped both ways and did not use a return spring. This may help someone to identify the system by name as I have no recall of that information.

HWH recommends having the motor running when using the hydraulic jacks, because the motor for the hyd system demands good power.
