Make sure your shore power hasn't been hooked up. Set your emergency brake. The engine must be off with the key turned to acc. Ensure both your house batteries and chassis batteries are on. Press your power on button, it should turn green. Then lower the appropriate leveling jacks to get a level bubble side to side and front to back. My MH uses Power Gear hydraulic levelers. They work like a charm if you follow the right procedures. Once you are level turn off the leveler power button, turn your ignition key to the off position and run your slider(s) out making sure you have enough room to do so. Once my slider is out I turn the slider key to the off position and hook up shore power. My Power Gear system has worked well from day one and hasn't caused me any problems (knock on wood). ;-)
