Leveling jacks

Hi Folks,
Have a 1990 Holiday Rambler Class A Crown Imperial with leveling jacks.
Only had the coach a year and never used the jacks.
Testing them today and the right rear will not retract. I would guess weak springs but the lever to lift the coach and lower it activates the pump to lift in either position on the one wheel.
I assume I have the original control box, mounted down beside the driver seat where you access it standing out side the door.
All Jacks work properly except this one. They lift and hold and lower when I move the switch to the lower position. No noise in the lower position as I understand the weight of the coach and springs push the hydraulic ramp back in with the valve open.
The right rear, again, activates the pump in raise or lower position of the switch. I bleed the hydraulic line on this cylinder and the ramp started creeping back in from spring tension. Tried it again and same thing. If anyone can shed some light on this would much appreciate it. thx, Jerry

If the pump only activates ; in the retract position ; on the one jack then there is a problem in the control box, that may be only an adjustment for clearance between the lever and the pump activation switch. There may have even been something dropped into the box that's messing things up.

Do you have any info on the levelers manufacturer ? HWH ? Or a model number?
