With the bridge structure and the minimal deflection REV advertises one would think the frame would not twist or sag much at all if leveled first. I will check my coach docs. on Sat. Seems I was told to level first but have not been on any places that were not fairly level. (Of course I have air and hyd. level options unlike the Discovery and perhaps that makes a difference.)

First thing I do is once I'm set in place is hit auto level. While that is doing its thing, I go out and hook up power, water, sewer and cable etc. then I come inside and run slides out, then shut off Coach.
Level first is what I was told during our PDI. I know Newmar is different, I'm sure other are too.

Leveling Question

We have a 2000 Rexhall RoseAir and it won't let us put the slides out until the coach is level.

Entegra says slides out before leveling.

As others have said, follow directions of manufacturer

This is the kind of interlock that should be in all coaches of either technique.
Looks like the higher end coaches extending first could interlock for a few dollars eliminating this potential hazard.
Good for Winnebago on protecting the product
