Im kinda of new to all this RVing stuff so please do be patient....MY question is will my jacks come down if one of the two batteries are completely dead? Its a Class A with a slide out the system is a HWH 310 leveling system...My wife wants to argue that if the RV is plugged in the shoreline power takes over and that it should work...I tell her no it dont...so... any and all help is appreciated...

Not to get in the middle of a argument either charge or replace the battery and see what happens, it needs to be done anyway. You will need the amps from the house battery to open slides and lower jacks.

If it's been a while since the engine battery was replaced, you could move the one you bought last year up there, then buy a matching pair for the coach side?
