Lippert auto leveling system

I have a 2007 Damon Tuscany and am having an issue with the leveling system. It will not function in auto or manual, just happened. The left and rear lights will not go off. All jacks are fully retracted. Any ideas?

Hello and We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy our website and forums. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.

Start at the battery and check all connection. Then move along the positive cable to a circuit breaker and be sure it is not tripped. If it is, reset and retest leveling system. If not, go to the pump and have some activate the system while you check for control voltage on the motor solenoid. Do you have voltage on the solenoid control circuit from touch pad?

I think holding down all 4 arrow buttons at the same time will do a reset on the leveling system. I've attached a few documents that might help.

I believe that we have the same jack system on our 2010 Damon Astoria. At times I must hold the retract jack button for over 2 minutes until the jacks begin to retract.

Also, sometimes there is a delay in getting the jacks to extend.

I'd suggest that you be very patient when trying to use the jack system.

Thanks for all the suggestions. After trying several things, I worked with the RV shop I use who then contacted Lippert. After working with one of their techs, we finally discovered a "reset" switch located in the front end close to the generator. Did the reset and everything is working fine now. Still do not know why it tripped, but at least now I know where it is.

Glad to see your reset has taken care of the issue.
