Has anyone tried one of these coatings for extending the life of an EPDM rubber roof? If so, how well does it work?

We have an older RV on which the roof is showing fine "spiderweb" looking cracks. Getting close to end of life. Would like to continue using this RV for a couple more years. I found these two products that look like they are intended for this purpose.

I have not used either product but I have researched the Liquid Roof product. There are several reports of users being happy with it. It restores an EPDM roof, greatly extends its life, and virtually stops chalking. Another product from the same company, Liquid Rubber, is much less expensive and has worked well. I have a nine year old EPDM roof and expect to use Liquid Roof or Liquid Rubber.

Did you try it? How did it turn out? If not yet, make sure you don't have an Alpha brand roof, (call your mh manufactorer). If you have alpha roof you can still use it but need to prime it first with their proflex primer. I too need to redo my roof. I think I may try Liquid Propoly (from the same company)
