Loading and Unloading the RV
After 2 summers of multiple trips and weekends, we have not figured out the most efficient way to pack/ unpack the RV. Looking for any tips and tricks folks have for making that a quick and painless process.

We don't unload anything except: perishable food, and dirty clothes and towels. Once they are washed they are put back in. We only add clothes depending on what climate we are going to. Up here in the PNW we can drive a couple of hours to 90+ heat or to the coast where it can change from 50 to 70 in a day or two.

Carry less than the entire kitchen pantry and wardrobe closet in the house plus the second set of everything that is left on the rig.
But don't forget the shop tools.......!

We load our MH in the spring when we take it out of winter storage and unload it in the fall when we put it away. During the time that we are using the MH, we remove dirty cloths, weapons and the stuff for the 'four legged kids'. Everything else stays in the MH. The MH is plugged in all the time so the 'stuff' in the frig stays. We also are lucky enough that we can park the MH here at the S&B, rather then some place else.

CLEAR plastic bins so you can see what is inside. If you haven't used it in a few months, leave it behind.

Of course that was before we went full time, which is the absolute best way of not having to load and unload.

Yep, what is in the coach is already in the house. The only thing we load/unload is the refrigerator, P/C, cell phones, that kind of stuff.

Ours has it's own towels,sheets, and some clothes so they come out get cleaned and put back. Frig gets emptyed,counters and sinks get wiped down along with shower and toilet. Floors get vacuumed and if the outside is dirty it gets a bath to and she's ready for the next time. The only way to make it quick and painless is to do nothing.

Ok, so furnish the RV just like the house. Only need to pack clothing and food. Unpack only clothing food and laundry. Right? So does anyone launder the sheets and towels the day they leave the CG to avoid having to move those back and forth? Anyone have good ideas for toiletries?
