Red face Location of safe ?

I just bought a semi new Winn Vista T and I want to install a small safe in it. I'm talking about a 4x14x14 that bolts to the floor. It would mainly be for money, papers and prescription drugs and my a revolver maybe.

I'm thinking under the kitchen sick, but haven't looked under the flooring yet.

Thanks,
Bon

I mounted mine in a far corner of the closet. Hidden by clothes making it a little harder for someone to find and it was wasted space.

Before drilling any holes have someone tap on the floor while you are underneath to make sure there is no wiring or plumbing where you are going to drill holes for the bolts. I chose the close area for that reason as well, clean underneath.

I keep my revolver where I can get to it quickly should the need arise..

Don't ask and do not tell.

If you choose to carry a handgun, be fully aware of any state requirements for transport of a firearm and they do not go to Canada at all.

As for the location of a safe, pick a place that you have access, but it is not readily seen. Make sure the attachment bolting does not interfere with any piping or wiring.

This is a thread concerning a safe. Let's not get into a gun discussion.
Thanks

There are no rv's or travel trailers listed in the drop down menu.

Newmar builds them into the closet wall, into the wasted space between the wall and end cap.

I would be very very careful in cutting into the floor of the MH, as there can be tanks, plumbing lines wires and braces. I'd consider some other type of storage or mount one in a closet.
