Location of the speed sensor circuit harness

I have a 2000 Intruder F-53 chassis and the ABS lite is on. After an exhaustive search I found the DLC & got the code (P0720). It says "speed sensor circuit malfunction". I assume there is a harness for this system and can anyone explain where the harness is physically located.

the speed sensor is in the rear axel on the drivers side. It is just about 8 inches from the rear end. There is a single bolt holding it in. You can buy these at napa. they come with a new o'ring already installed. I have already had to replace mine. According to the guys at genuine parts, they sell a lot of these. The cost is about $26.00 The front wheel has a sensor on each front wheel. The wire is tied to the brake line. There is a connector at the frame, which might be your problem. I would pull this apart and check for corrosion.
