Looking at American Revolution 42T or Allegro Bus 40.

Looking to purchase a 40 Allegro Bus or American Revolution.
I know the Tiffin factory takes care of it owners but we lean towards the Revolution.
Are we making a mistake?

I have a 2014 42T and am very happy with it. I have had my share of minor issues, but American coach has excellent service. When I was looking the overwhelming responses were positive about American coach.

I have a 1998 American Coach and when I call technical support they treat me like I just bought a 2015 Heritage.

Had a new Phaeton in 11, bought the Rev after 11 months of H--- and never looked back. What a difference in basic construction, no more chassis flex and rattles. Lots more also, look at the thinkness of basement frame rails, on comparison and sooo much more.

We have owned four American Coach RV's. Our fifth will be the same. Factory service is really great.

Before deciding on our present coach, we thought about a Tiffin. But after doing a lot of research by reading, and talking with Tiffin owners, the same topic kept coming up. They were making almost yearly treks to Red Bay, AL. where they're built, to get things fixed. Tiffin does have a great rep of fixing things, but we decided we didn't care all that much to go to Alabama frquently.

We love our 08 Rev. 40E. Have had no major problems in 2 years, she has 46000 miles on it I got her at 32000. Small things that do come up American Coach and Sparten are very easy to deal with.

thanks guys.
This will be our first RV but we have rented 42" diesel pushers in the pass & enjoyed it.

But I have to ask... Why have I not heard from the Tiffin Bus owners yet?

They're all at Red Bay.

ToOK I will pipe in. I have a Tiffin Phaeton, a 2009. Best coach we ever had. Very minor fixes such as a water leak in the shower l, a jack that needed replacing and a few others. Now we have gone to Red Bay to have those new coach minor things fixed. That is it. I use a guy in Red Bay named Brannon to do upgrades for me but I haven't gone to the Tiffin shop. Ours has been a dream and I try to take care of her. Love my Phaeton!!

So far we think we like the Revolution 42T but we just made arrangements to see & drive the Allegro Bus 40 at the Hershey RV Show in a few weeks. It will be great seeing them side by side as there are none on the lots at the dealers around here.

This will be our first RV & something tells me what ever we get, we will then find out by using it "what we want" (lol).

I looked at a Revolution 42t at transwest a couple weeks ago. Nice coach. I thought about trading mine in, but decided to keep her a few more years.
The only other one on the lot that caught my eye was a Mountian Aire.
