The credit is the real issue if borrowing. Lower the credit rating the higher the interest. This is probably a no brainier but it effects your monthly. I would shop till I dropped looking for a private owner that no longer can use their rig due to health issues and might be willing to finance holding the title and lien. Just my 2 cents worth.

Well I found an 'abused' 34' 1984 Monaco that I slowly restored myself to the point that I could jump in and drive it 1000 miles. I paid $2800 for the unit and then purchased the bits I needed by scouring eBay and Craigslist.

That might be a better option for you than going into debt over a depreciating asset.

that would be fine if we are not all ready full timers with no where to rebuild one. and the fact that most camp grounds don't allow you to have a older MH. and we are workampers

look on ebay

i just picked up a 1996 resideincy on ebay for 5k only had 2 very small holes in the roof ,it did no damage to inside if your handy with tools look on ebay.
