Looking for feedback

I looked at 2003 34 PBD Holiday Rambler on a Ford V10 chassis with 26k on it.
Went for a shot RT test seems to handle ok and have sufficient power.
50 Amp service 55 KW Onan gen set with 385 hours. Two slides.
Second owner.
Anything I should be looking for.
Good years tires date code 2110
Asking price 31k.
May go back tomorrow and look again.
Good or bad coach?
Thanks for any and all input.

5 yo tires, may need replacing soon unless he kept spectacular care of them. Look at NADA prices and shop similar on RVTrader.com

I've heard good things about HR but I am not sure of that V10 in 2003. They had some problem years and I don't recall when those were.

Research, and don't be too eager. How is the floor plan? Maintenance records? Ask what the issues have been? How long has he had it? Short time, so getting rid of it as in big mistake? kick the tires, kick him, go over the records with fine tooth comb, and run ALL the systems, get on the roof and underneath with a flashlight and then still walk away even if interested with a cooling off period - then if interested, get your price contingent on a mechanical inspection by an expert.

Or, throw caution to the wind and pony up the bucks and have some fun. I love working on mine - even with a good inspection it has had some issues. I would not trade it for anything.
