5 yo tires, may need replacing soon unless he kept spectacular care of them. Look at NADA prices and shop similar on RVTrader.com
I've heard good things about HR but I am not sure of that V10 in 2003. They had some problem years and I don't recall when those were.
Research, and don't be too eager. How is the floor plan? Maintenance records? Ask what the issues have been? How long has he had it? Short time, so getting rid of it as in big mistake? kick the tires, kick him, go over the records with fine tooth comb, and run ALL the systems, get on the roof and underneath with a flashlight and then still walk away even if interested with a cooling off period - then if interested, get your price contingent on a mechanical inspection by an expert.
Or, throw caution to the wind and pony up the bucks and have some fun. I love working on mine - even with a good inspection it has had some issues. I would not trade it for anything.
