Lending Club is good for about $35k. Rate depends on your rating.

What about terms and age of the RV? BofA will only finance a coach that is no more than seven years old unless it's over $150,000. Then It's nothing over 10 years old.

Essex (Bank of the West) has good lending options for MHs.

When we were shopping for our recent loan, Bank of the West would not talk to us as full timers. Essex were happy to work with FT, but their application form said Bank of the West at the top! Go figure.

Bank of the West has worked closely with us. However, we are not FT.

I just had a look at Essex. I read their buyers guide. It states that they are the RV division of Bank of the West. What they have to offer looks good too. Low rates, long terms, coaches up to 10 years old.

I don't know if all lenders offer a small percent discount for auto payment but ours gave a .25%. That .25% helps with our gas purchases.

Look at the Escapees Website for loan information. Many of the Escapees are full-timers- just a thought.

Wow, awesome job everyone....I also like the looks of Essex...I have not purchased yet, looking for next summer to actually purchase...but watching interest rates and if going up very fast will probably pull the trigger..lots of good stuff out there in my price range...hoping for a 2005 DP under 85,000 and not over 36 ft. Keeping fingers crossed...Thanks for all the good information, I read the blog almost everyday as I compile all the information needed. Almost bought a 1999 Monterey Beaver in great shape, but worried about the how much life it has left in it as I will be on the road for about 10 years. Thanks to all of you who replied..
