Looking to purchase a Class A DP

Anyone have any experience with a Class A DP 1999 Monaco Signature 45 CLS FD? I'm in the market to get a DP, Tag Axle and around 1999-2003 year range due to price.

1999 Monaco Signature 45 Cls Fd, Mesa AZ - 110329144 - RVTrader.com

There are only a hand full through out the US below 100k, 42+ Tag, trying to get as much info as I can since there is none close to where I live, unless I want to drive a much newer one.... and we have looked at them, sat on them but most here locally are above 400k...

Thoughts?
Thanks all

I looked for ever to find a DP that I could afford. They are hard to find for sure. I ended up with a 93 bounder, it needs some work but I love it. I would say if your handy at fixing stuff I would pay a little more for an older DP with higher miles than a low mile gas burner any day. JMO.
