Loss of power on freightliner chassis

I have a 2004 Alfa see ya MH, on a freightliner chassis. When I turn the dash air on and run it for a short period of time, I have an intermittent loss of power. It only happens when the dash air is on, no other time. I have had it to 2 freightliner shops and they don't have a clue. Has anyone ever had this problem or heard of it.
