Low Air light

We have a 2000 Damon Ultrasport. Lately we get a Low Air light on the dash and watch the gauges bounce from 0 to 130, but the air tanks are full and the air bags are full. I looked for faulty ground wire, etc. No change. Anyone work had this problem and have a solution we should try?

It sounds like the Gauge has failed. I had the same issue the system was aired up but the gauge was reading low, caused the alarm to sound but i could drive it it the system was fine the gauge failed.

Low Air light

We had a 2000 Itasca Horizon on a Freightliner XC chassis and had the same symptoms when the VDC (vehicle data computer) failed. They had a problem with cold solder joints for a few years.

If yours is on a Freightliner chassis, I'd check out the VDC for sure. Our solution was to replace the VDC although some people on this forum have had success in correcting the cold solder joints.
