low power to cig lighter socket?

no power when key is off or on accessory. low power to it with key switch in on postion? is there some kind of relay going to it. this on a 03 georgetown/f53

My Power point in the dash is on the ignition circuit. Low voltage most likely from poor connection or not a good ground.
My previous (1990) Mh also had power points behind the front and rear TV's, and at the dinette, all on the Aux (Coach) battery.

Are you measuring voltage TO the socket or FROM it.

Those sockets are well known for not being all that good.
