Low voltage from gen Q55G 1999 Dolphin

I start my generator and all the power I get is just enough to turn my tv on and get only power light on tv and spotty sound. Does anybody know of issues like this? Thank you Merlin

What is the voltage level? Don't run on low voltage as most thing don't like it and could be seriously damaged.

low voltage dolphin

I don't have a meter as I started my travel. It wont even run the micro clock. It does light my surge strip. I read somewhere about the circuit breaker on bbc board but my jacks on that breaker work. I have not got the tools yet to get to the transfer box in the water and elect. bay. Appreciate the come back.
