fighter it can be done..it will be expensive....is it worth the expense and labor? that would depend on your amount of use of the genny.
I bought a used 96 Dynasty...it was more than the wife or I ever dreamed we'd own...it has an LP genny...I didn't let the genny fuel type bother me due to all the other positives the coach offered.
Mine has a 6500 Onan and will use just under 1 gal an hr.
If your not going to use the genny often...myself..I'd not let the LP worry me
that will have to be your decision

Here in Florida we will be using the generator a lot. Both on the road and boondocking so breaking camp to get LP isn't too attractive to us. One way or another needs to be diesel and I suspect best to find one with diesel already in it. But did find a 1992 Bulf Stream Sun Voyager 31 close by and at an interesting price, but it has LP gas vapor generator. Thanks
Replacing any generator is hugely expensive - you are looking at several thousand dollars plus installation labor. Re-plumbing to get the fuel from the diesel tank instead of LP tank is even more horrendous.
