LP Onan generator start

So I'm new and inherited our grandpa's 1999 Class A Fleetwood discovery 36t. I ran the generator a few times last year and one night it shut off. The LP tank gauge showed 1/4 full. I had it filled today and looks like it was completely empty. My question is, the generator wont start with full tank. Do I need to prime it since the line was empty and if so how do I do that?

Thanks!

You don't have to prime it, when you hit the starter things open up and the propane flows you might flood it, wait 5 minutes and try it again.

Many times when they fill the tank they turn off your valves at the tank. Make sure all valves on tank are open.

Hope this helps.

Think I found the problem. It has a 2nd tank that is hidden.
