LP tank

Hi I have another question on my diesel pusher my LP tank has an electrical wire hooked to it the size that is used for gauges. If I get low on LP is a warning light going to come on and let me know that or is it for something else. Thanks

Could also be to shut off a propane safety valve if the propane detector inside is triggered.

A sender unit attached to the tank's gauge?

https://www.amazon.com/Manchester-Ta...eywords=G12846.

I have that one and it allows the interior panel to read the tank level. Our Coach's 22 year old Manchester 6845 tank was replaced with a new Manchester 6845 a couple months ago and they used that existing Manchester sender unit on the new tank's gauge, inside panel reads it.
