Thumbs up Lsblaze Attwood jacks

Thanks to all who responded to our problem with the Attwood jack being stuck in the down position. We did get the problem fixed. Thanks to JoeT we did get the one jack up, and then we called Attwood for tech. assistance. They were able help us figure out what could have happened. Somehow the front driver side jack sensed to much weight which puts the panel in alarm. After taking with the tech. we were able to Auto level the Coach and bring the jacks up a couple of times. I have to say Atwood was very helpful. They told us there is a formula that needs to be followed when bringing the jacks up or down to prevent the weight on the Coach to shift causing it to alarm. One note when manually bringing up the jack you only need to get it up 1" and then you can normally get the panel to stop alarming. We know now to make sure and have a battery powered drill on the rig if this ever happens again. lsblaze
