Grab a butter knife and stick the magnet to the end of the blade (NOT the sticky side) and it will give you a handle to help maneuver the magnet up into that narrow space.
Wow ... great idea! Wish I would have thought of that. Might not have the wrinkle I have ... oh well, one wrinkle doesn't hurt anything. But, that really is a great idea :-)

That's s great idea but for me a year to late. I took part of the cabinet and shades(inside shade) down to install mine. I love our Magna Shade and highly recommend them to everyone. Excellent product and Roger is just a outstanding person to do business with. Oh I also have the tire covers. No snakes or other nasty critters to worry about and they look fantastic. The only down side is I need to keep my rims shining because they show all the time.

I've got a brown one that matches the paint scheme I have. the most important thing for heat is covering the outside of the windshield, eliminating the magnifying glass effect on the inside. Much better than just using a shield on the inside of the glass. Make a big difference on interior heat. Magna shades are great. Easy to use, but a bit expensive when you first get it. Guess you get what you pay for?

Be careful to not let those magnets snap against the windshield hard when you're installing them.

Great tips with the with the butter knife, to watch the magnets on the glass and my fingers. Production person is on vacation so I can't get a rush order in time for my upcoming hot July trip but will have for late August trip to Florida.
