Magnum 2000w inverter charger bypass
I posted this question in the fleetwood section also. I have two 2000w inverter chargers in my coach. One supplies the house and has 4 batteries. The other has two batteries supplies the residential fridge ONLY. They both have 120 vac in and out as well as 12v connected to the batteries. My fridge inverter needs to be removed for repair. It charges fine but randomly will not let the pass through 120vac from shore or genny. Some kind of bridge fault. While it is out I want to hook the input to the output. I realize I will only have power to the fridge with shore power or genny. Makes sense to me?
All batteries are good.
I can't just run an extension cord to the fridge without pulling the fridge.
So can I do this and will it work?
Don't want to be rude but this is the only question I need answered. Thanks. JD
