maintenence tracking on a computer

Do any Class A owners have a good program (besides Excel) to track repairs and maintenence. It would be nice to have something that would allow scanning associated documents into the specfic repair ie; invoices.

It is so unfortunate that the "RV'er's Notebook," is no longer in production or available. At least I can't find it. I have it installed on my PC and it does exactly what you are looking for. Maybe someone has a CD/DVD of it and can share it with us. The Company is out of business as the producer of the software unfortunately passed away. He was an RV'er.

Try this one... Auto VIP... designed for fleets but free download and non-expiring use for tracking up to 2 vehicles. Have used it for several years. Doesn't support the scanned docs you ask about but many reports etc.

Have you looked at these? They are named RVer's Notebook but I don't know if it's the same as you were referring to.

8 X 11 manila envelope program.

I write on the outside of the envelope the date, miles and a brief description. The receipts go inside and the envelope is placed in the pouch on the back of my drivers seat.
Always there, all information instantly available and no power needed.

The VMSPC program from SilverLeaf is free and has a tracking program in it. Its designed to be used while connected to the engine, but I believe you could use it as a stand alone.
