Mandalay step cover

My step cover on 2006 mandalay does not work- does any one have have any ideas on how to open it up to see what is wrong?

Have you checked fuse f13 under the dash? Have you checked to see if you have power at the switch?

Question step cover

When I depress switch it tries to come out but quits- so I uess I am gettin power to it

I just looked at mine. If you look underneath just behind the step motor about 8 inches you will see a panel about 2 feet by 10 inches. It is sealed and it is just below the steps with many phillips head screws. .

Did you get your step cover to work? Mine has quit and checked fuses and loose wires at switch. Looked under the coach but the step cover seems to be sealed.

Look at the comments just above your post. I have a 2008 Mandalay and that is how I access my step cover control assembly.
