Manufacturer logo's; would you put them back on?

If you were to have your Class-A motorhome repainted with a completely new graphics design, and painted logo's could be included at no extra charge, would you have the manufacturer logos:

1. Left off completely?

2. Re-installed to rear end-cap only?

3. Re-installed to front and rear end-caps?

4. Re-installed as original?

Had been thinking about this myself. Then I priced out the replacement logos. They are pretty proud(!) of them. Net-net: I've decided to go logo-less. \ken

I would not have the manufacturers name re-applied. My coach has it in foot tall letters on all four sides. I love the coach but the logo overkill is my least favorite feature.

I would keep them on to keep it as close to original as possible.

Since we're proud of the brand we chose, we want others to know what we are using to enjoy retirement. Besides, the liberty bell (Ultimate Freedom) logo on both sides looks really cool.

I would put them on the end, but not the originals.

The real question is... why are you even asking? If you like them, put them back. If you don't like them, leave them off. Why care what other people think?

Did you ever ask anyone for their opinion on anything? I started this thread because I'm interested in what forum members' opinion is, on this subject. Thanks for your contribution.

my opinion is if your going with a repaint this is now your perfect opportunity to do something different and something you like. The way i look at it is its free advertising for the manufacturer. If they want me to advertise for them they can pay me to advertise for them. When i bought my new truck part of the deal was for them to take the stealerships name off of the tailgate. They didn't want to but at the expense of losing the sale they removed it. just a pet peave of mine i guess. These companies make enough money on us i'm not gonna help them by advertising for them.

We could have ordered our DSDP's without the logo/name but we didn't. I know some owners have though.
It's not a big worry for us one way or the other.
Now if we had gotten a real "problem" unit I'd have them put back with some nice big lemons too!

Due to an incident caused by the glass shop who replaced my windshields, we had to have the rear cap re painted. The original DS decals are no longer available but they have the new really cool "Chrome" DS decal and the "By Newmar" is available with a Canadian Flag. So, since it was an insurance paid job, we choose the new DS Chrome decals C/W the CDN flag.
If I were doing it on my dime, I would go the same route.
