Master Tech RV Elkhart Indiana

We recently attended the Holiday Rambler 419 Diesel Pusher Maintenance Session in Goshen IN. We had a problem with our Aqua Hot that was a little more time consuming than Master Tech RV could fix at the MS. Due to previous commitments we came back to their shop 2 weeks later. We got there on Monday Memorial Day and pulled into one of their electric-water hookup sites. First thing Tuesday morning the Shop Foreman, Kevin came to the coach to start the work he could not complete earlier. He pulled the coach into the shop and within a couple of hours our problem was fixed. We then mentioned the seal on the driver's side window was damaged letting moisture in. They were able to pull the window, install a "wooden" replacement as a protectant from the weather and we pulled back in to our site. The window had to be sent out for repair, but was back and reinstalled by Friday morning. We can't say enough about Kevin, Tim and Mitch and the rest of the crew! They all pulled together to get us the fastest service possible. They were wonderfully accommodating to us.
If you're in the area and need work done on your RV give them a call. They do all kinds of remodels...nice work!

Thanks for the reference. They got a 4-page write-up in this month's (June) FMCA magazine but you are never sure if the article's biased. I'm considering them for some future work, nice to hear from an actual customer.

Is Kevin a little blond guy? If so he did most of our tile installation when we were up there. I couldn't believe how much energy that guy had. I agree that Master Tech is a great shop. Is Jack Harris still there?

Kevin wears his hat backwards and his shirts are sleeveless! He's awesome! Don't know about Jack Harris...

Thanks for the input. I just read the write up in FMCA magazine. It is really nice to hear from a satisfied consumer.

I had some repairs done and they finished last Thursday afternoon. A couple of MCD shades installed, a battery issue and an update to my hydraulic jacks . Work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. It's my go- to place in
Elkhart In.
I believe "jack h " has moved on. Tim's service mgr is Don
