MCI bus need to tow a vehicle

I have heard of a box that can be installed that will allowed the 12v volt towed vehicle to work with the 24v bus. Looking for something that is plug and play if possible and handles the various input signals and converts both the signals and the voltage. Anybody know what company might make something like this?

One of the notes on that product page says:

Quote:
Does not reduce output to 12 volts
So, it won't work with a 12V towed vehicle (at least, not by itself).
