You've simply lost 110/115 power to the converter.
Go to the converter power input and measure the input voltage. If none your transfer relay has failed. you have a dc and an ac fuse panel.
Check for ac power at the fuse panel (cb panel) with shore power and gen power.

If ok definitely the transfer relay.
