That is a pretty good price on the Mountain Aire. Wonder if something is wrong with it. I'll check it out. Can get a direct flight into Houston so won't have to drive 8 hours to see it if worth exploring further.

From the pictures it looks OK, but pictures don't show everything. It's worth a call, let us know what you find out.

Generally, means it needs some work. Could be a good cleaning and waxing, interior work, or mechanical work.

That MADP is my exact model and year....phenomenal rig!!!!
I bought mine pristine and only needing tires last year for 28k and if this one for sale through PPL only needs 3-4k to bring it to par, its a steal....
In todays market with older DP's, especially one slide, I bet you could walk away with that coach for 21-22k including your taxes
If the 8.3 (should be side radiator) and the tranny check out, she is a sweet driving machine and solid on the road, we tow up to 10k with it and I get between 8-9mpg towing and empty we just got 10mpg on a 1150 mile trip.
