Here is a very useful PDF from Toyo Tires. Note that they do not recommend "inflate to the load carried" for their RV tires.

I have a 2004 Country Coach Allure which came with Toyo tires. I just replaced them this past summer 2015 so the tires were at least 11 years old, with 40,000 miles. After they were removed I carefully examined them and they were all in excellent condition absolutely no cracking. They were excellent tires.

I literally just had 8 P295/80/22.5 Toyo's installed yesterday, Feb. 9th, that replaced my 7 year old Michelins.

Nothing against Michelin but after much research I decided there just was no difference between the two except for price so I opted to save about $2500 and go with the Toyos.

So far so good and will report back later.

And there is no smell of any kind except if I stick my nose right up to them and smell, well, rubber. There were a few posts about a strange smell....not here.

Best of luck.

After many many years of driving and owning RV's I wouldn't have anything but Michelins!
But there are Michelin "haters" on every forum.x

But then to do publish load/inflation charts for some of their tires!

My Newmar Mountain Aire also requires this same tire and weight carrying ability.
I did not know that Toyo had come out with a tire that is rated the same. I look forward to hearing feedback on the tire as it will surely get used with the cost of the Michelin's!
Actually Michelin says they were created for use on car transport trucks that had a car over the cab and needed the higher rating. Then they started using them on RV's that needed higher capacity tires in a compact size. I used them on the front of our '02 DSDP after the 14,600# front axle was installed so I could use it's full capacity.

I didn't think Toyo had lifted their ban on using their tires on CC's yet. Maybe I missed that.

I used to feel the same about Michelins...until I had a set of 6 Michelin XZE tires devevelop side wall cracks at only 3-1/2 years, (42 months), of age per the DOT date code.
I'm not a Michelin "hater"..but I will never again be a Michelin buyer/user,

Love my Michelin XRV's and the outstanding Michelin customer service.

Cheers.
That's RIGHT... I also just received a check from Michelin for two tires that had sidewall checking after 3 years.
