I was getting too involved in the Highway Hilton so, the wife gave it to the kids to live in while their house is being built in Texas. Now, I'm afraid they won't give it back. The new house will have full hookup with 50 A. I'm going to sneak over to Texas and steal it back.

I went out today and ran the slides out, cleaned and brought the bedding in to wash. Friends coming in from CA in a few weeks for a cat show and they stay in the MH (the Taj Mahal as they call it). Now I need to build a set of steps as the front tires are off the ground by about 8" to get it level.

I did that last Dec 24/7 Electric Bill $550.00 This year Propane $82.00 I start the furnace when I first get in, and I'll say 25 gallons Gas. Much cheaper I found out.

Will you tell us when you get your bill? if you can still type!!!!JM, Tim

I will. Not sure if ill be able to tell the difference though. Had my parents here from florida over the holidays and due to their age (73) or them being acclimated to florida temps, they had my heat in the s&b turned up to 78 when I wasn't home! Funny when I was a kid the heat never got turned up over 67 but somehow they think nothing of running my bill up! Payback I guess! Wait till I visit them in Florida this summer! There's going to be icicles hanging from their ceiling!!! lol

I store our's in the back yard and am in there every week or so in the winter. I don't keep track of the number of times in the summer. I'm glad to not be the only one with this problem.

Mine's in the hangar, plugged in, with space heaters on. I'll get in it sometimes and just sit. Or "rearrange" the basement bays, or just tinker with stuff in general.
