MobileVision rear/side cameras

All cameras work but the rear view camera picture is very "washed out" or hazy looking. Side cameras work fine with good images on the monitor but the rear camera image looks like you're in a very thick fog so that you can barely make out a tree or other obstruction behind the motorhome.
Does anyone know if this is just a "lens problem" on the camera that can be fixed or is the camera bad and need to be replaced? I try to clean the window the camera looks through when I wash the rig, but haven't climbed up to pull out the camera itself yet.
If I have to replace the camera, does anyone know of a replacement camera that will fit and work with the MobileVision system? For those who've done it, how big a job is the replacement?
Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can offer.
