Little is ever "for sure" in the RV world, but if you look at the brochures in the Monaco brochure library, you'll see that Monaco started offering inverters with the 2009 Monarch, and then as an option for all but the 30SFS.

Translation: If a 2008 Monarch has an inverter, it probably was not installed by the factory.

Why not simply contact Monaco with the VIN number of your coach and ask them? Contact Monaco Coach
