I would think the service center could give you that info, but still a good idea to shop around.
Get the model/serial number of what you have and start searching with Google. Good chance you can find one there. That's what I did when I thought I needed a slide motor on the '02 Dutch Star.

If you could identify the make & model of the jack system, maybe those of us who don't own a Monarch could help. The jacks will be from some standard industry source like HWH, Power Gear or Equalizer, and usually parts can be found for all of them.

Lots of Power Gear parts on Ebay, so check there. Try the RV salvage yards too, e.g. Colaw's and Visione.
You wouldn't need the "whole system" in any case. Just the pump and maybe the attached reservoir. No reason to replace the jacks themselves, or the valves that control them if the pump motor is what is out.

Last case, you can look for a rebuilder who can take you motor and rebuild it, down to replacing the windings and everything, more expensive than a new motor, but if a new motor isn't available, it would probably be cheaper than retrofitting another system. Ask about their warranty on the rebuilt motor as well. Good Luck!

If you have a Monaco Monarch with the LCI Lippert Hydraulic Leveling system there is a good manual and guide at....
https://www.lci1.com/assets/content/...ideout-web.pdf
There a two systems, one uses a reversing contactor to switch motor directions.
The other uses a 4 way valve to reverse the flow of oil.
Both systems are mentioned in their document and gives the part numbers for each motor.
There is also a number to call and their tech support was very good when I called them. (574) 537-8900*
