Monaco RF Key FOBs

I have seen several of posts about getting new Monaco RF Key FOBs. I just got two from TriMark. I called their support parts and service and they did everything over the phone:

TriMark Service & Replacement Parts
510 Bailey Avenue
P.O. Box 350
New Hampton, IA 50659
Toll Free: 1-800-431-8616

My first contact was by email and I asked for the location of a distributor in my area, but there weren't any. TriMark said they probably had the FOBs and could help me. Some of the earlier posts had mentioned how they had started with an email to TriMark and the communication just sort of died out. I had the same experience. That is when I made the phone call to the distribution center. Terri Troutner answered the phone and was very helpful. I had my FOBs mailed to me in four days.

Just wanted to share my experience. Maybe someone else will find it useful.
