Monitoring black, grey, water levels with the See Level Monitoring system

Do you have any suggestions for installing this monitoring system to a motorhome or Tiffin Allegro Bus?

The SeeLevel system comes standard in the Allegro Bus. I have installed one in a Phaeton and it's not too difficult, you just have to access the holding tanks and find a place to install the monitor panel.

I installed a SeaLevel system in my 06 Allegro Bus last Spring. It was not difficult. Access to the tanks is on the passenger side of the bus opposite the wet bay door.
Originally I didn't pull 12v power directly from the battery bank. This fall I had to go back and redo that.
Do not be tempted to grab power from an existing circuit, it makes the sensors give incorrect data randomly.
I did buy the Bluetooth model and am very happy. I installed the panel in the wet bay and from inside the coach I just look at my phone or tablet for levels. -Bill

BigBillSD,
I am having the same problem with erratic readings. When you said you pulled power from the batteries did you mean only power or power and ground? Also where did you connect it to the Sea Level?
Thanks
Dave

I got power and ground from the existing level panel. Remember, each sensor panel is tied to the common ground between each sensor. Make sure this tiny wire is not crimped or open, easy to do with very small wire.

I pulled both from the batteries. And connected the positive to the back of the panel and the negative to the last sensor in the array. Also, and it think the most important of all is I soldered all connections and covered them with heat shrink tubing. Just remember to put the heat shrink on prior to soldering. -Bill

Make sure you have access to the sides of all of your tanks. System works great and reads in percent instead of thirds, highly recommend it.
