Monoco Dump Valves

I have a 2000 Monoco LaPalma. I need to replace the dump valves and for the life of me can't figure out how to gain access to them. I would rather do this job myself but may have to have a repair shop do it if these are too difficult to access. Any advice on how to do this job will be very appreciated. Also, if I decide to have a repair shop do this how much $ do you think this will cost? Thanks for your input.

Ron-

A picture or two of the valves and their (lack of access) would help those of us who don't own a similar coach to offer better advice.
