you should check your speed with a gps with your new tires before doing any re-calibrating.
i use a scangauge II and my speedo reads 2 mph fast, verified by gps. i can live with that.

Thanks Dan and Gary, I just wanted to let you know why I made the choice of the XZE ,after consideration of all your suggestions (and others) its because I do quite a bit of mine work which takes me off highway and onto some graveled and pot holed roads and the XZE are the only tires I found with 14 ply and built up side wall, there may be others but I'm somewhat limited with the rims I have, at any rate I hope they work out, Thanks again Ray..
