Just a minor clarification that I think someone above already mentioned... The way the USAA rep explained it to me was, if it's over $100k, they'll go to NADA Average (for used RVs), and they'll loan you up to 80% of that amount.

So say you're looking at a 2007 American Eagle 42F. NADA Average (they don't include options) is... Let's say $200k to make the math easy. USAA will loan you $160k on that coach, regardless of what it's being sold for. So if you find someone willing to sell for say, $140k, then USAA will finance the entire amount.

Make sense?

At least this is how it was explained to me recently.

I believe that USAA finances for 15 years while Essex and others will go 20. May not make a difference but it may!
