Couple of thoughts... First, we had a warranty issue and called Johnsons and the first thing they asked is whether or not we purchased the coach through them (an immediate turn-off in my book). Next thing was that they couldn't schedule anything within the next 2 months at least. Over the phone they were very arrogant and not exactly what I would call cordial or seeming to want to help. We needed to have a power lock arm replaced which would have taken was the 1 hr. Newmar authorizes for labor.
Long story short, we called Complete RV, in Denver, NC. The owner Kevin Dunn said although they never had worked on one before he would be glad to help us. After jumping through hoops to follow Newmar guidelines, the part was shipped and installed in a timely manner and I can't say enough good about Complete RV. They are not a dealer at all, just a repair facility. Main thing is they are customer oriented and that makes them a winner in my book.
