Yes I have. We had the awning take off a few years ago in NY State, did quite a bit of damage. I called the following day from the campground. Told them I'd be leaving there heading home to NJ. I took pictures and discarded the awning there. On the way home, the adjuster called me and was at my hoome the following afternoon. He estimated the damage at $4200. After he left I found another crack and called him on his cell. He took my word for it and also added that to the estimate. Had a check by the end of the week.
