Well, I never had to talk to Mr. Tiffin to get my motor repaired and their customer service dept. has been absolutely wonderful to me and have made many repairs that were way out of warranty. I did meet Mr. Tiffin at a dealer in Grand Rapids that was having a big promotion and he is a super nice gentleman! If you need anymore information, send me a PM and I will answer any and all of your questions. Bagman57

I had an Itasca then went to a Tiffin. Like Chuck, I've met Bob Tiffin and agree with his assessment of him 100%. I haven't ever had the need to call him though because the coach has been excellent. Actually, my second Tiffin is coming soon. It's on the production line right now and goes to the paint shop Wednesday.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why some folks try to perpetuate this nonsense that one has to drive all the way to Red Bay, Alabama to get a Tiffin motor home serviced. When actually Tiffin is more likely to let you take your motor home to any RV dealer or repair center of your choice. I take my Allegro Bay to Vicar's (Fleetwood dealer) in Taylor, Mi. or to Cummins-Bridgeway (div. of Cummins engine) in New Hudson, Mi. Having to drive to Red Bay is an RV myth! Bagman57.
