Motorhome NEWBIE levelers stuck down.

I owned bumper pulls, 2 5th wheels, now I finally got the wife to agree on a motorhome.

It's a 2019 Thor ACE Model 32.1

I woke the day after bringing it home to dead batteries, house & engine. No idea what could cause the drain. Of course nothing works with dead batteries, so all are charged. BUT, jacks are down & won't retract.

It's a LCI system without a LCD screen. All lights on the lower left side of the panel are blinking. No other buttons respond. I checked all breakers, nothing tripped.

Any ideas, reset system somehow, or a bypass to get them up so I can get it back to dealer?

Need to take it back for numerous other troubles too, heater won't ignite, some sloppy work by Thor that needs correction.

I dropped in from time to time to lurk, but need an education on this rig, so I signed up. Hope to contribute & help out too.

Press all 4 arrow directions at the same time to reset the controller.

Also, coach has to be running to operate levelers.

Welcome to the forum!!

As a new owner, your best first step is to take time to sit down with the owner's manuals, especially for anything that is new to you. You may find that notes on an index card with short versions of steps for systems are a help. Did the dealership perform a PDI and did it work then? What was left on in the coach overnight and how long since the batteries were fully charged? If the reset doesn't, you may need to release and reset the parking brake, and the engine has to be running.
