Motorhome tires

I stopped & looked at a 95 34 ft Gulf Stream class A motor home today. It's not bad for the money, but I noticed something . It has new tires , there Kuhmo tires , LT 235/85/16 if I recall correctly. I looked them up, they have an E load rating. My question is, are these adequate for this application ?

I would say the tires and wheels are not standard for this unit. Should be larger size tire and wheel combo and would look the other way.

I have seen Class A's with 16" tires. Look on their website for specs or look in the glovebox or on the drivers door for tire specs.

A Ford class A chassis of that era used that size tire and load rating. My '97 Fleetwood runs the same size/rating.

My 96 34' Gulfstream on a ford F53 chassis uses the exact same size tires.
