Great list Wayne06.
One question. Is there a way to have a task scheduled by mileage rather than date? The oil change on a gas MH is hard to scheduled by date.
Thanks for your feedback.
Bob

Yes you can schedule task by mileage. Put your current mileage in the box at the top labeled Miles, put the miles in the Group column for the oil change task. When you update the current mileage in the miles box and click Submit, any task that has a number in the Group column that is less than the number in the Miles box will be gray with yellow text to draw you to that task.

Wayne -

Guess it just won't work for me. I've tried from 2 different Macs, using Safari & Firefox on both. Exact same results - can't get anything other than logon page and ToDo Manual page. I've verified in all 4 browsers that it was taking cookies correctly. In all cases I found I have 5 cookies for the avail website. I deleted them, reset the cache and tried again - still no luck; when I check again I have 3 new cookies for the site. Also tried creating a new account and try that - still no luck. Page clearly shows I'm logged on, just can't get to anything other than the manual or logon page.

The manual does not read the password cookie, so you do not have a problem going to the manual. All other programs require a password so they read the password cookie to see if it is valid for your name. Maybe it does not like your password. Only use letters and numbers, I don't know if that could be the problem. Will it allow you to take the link to update your account?

Wayne -

That was it - although the website will allow you to use special characters in your password when creating the account, and initially logging in, it will not accept anything but numbers and letters to access the actual ToDo list. I created a new account (my third) and used only numbers/letters for my password - and everything works fine.

And no, I can't update the other accounts - because those have special characters in the password, it doesn't let me do anything but logon and get to the manual.

Thanks for the help! Good tip for others - letters and numbers only for the password!

I just got my new iPad and the Motorhome ToDo List looks great on it. It is much easer to use than a laptop computer. Now all we need is WiFi to all sites in the campgrounds.

I have added a new feature to the Motorhome ToDo List.
You can now track your mileage. There is a box on the top right of the ToDo list that you can enter your current mileage in. Now when you enter mileage, the miles and the date you entered it are saved. You can click on the Miles link (Miles underlined to left of box miles are displayed in) to see the mileage and dates entered. The Miles box has been on the screen, but was only used for comparing task to see if they need to be done because you have gone past the miles that were entered in the group column on some task. If you have not entered any mileage since the ToDo list was changed, you will not get any miles showing up when you click the Miles link.

One of the users of the Motorhome ToDo List sold his motorhome and asked how to get the new owner all the history that he had been keeping on the ToDo list. First you could print it and give a copy to the new owner, but make sure you have clicked Show Done so it will show all the task that have been completed and answer Y to Include the notes at the bottom of the printout. Second you could export it to Excel and email it to yourself then forward it to the new owner, again make sure the done tasks are showing before sending to Excel. But the best way I think would be for the new owner to create an account on the Motorhome ToDo List site and then you send me an email with your user name and their user name and I can transfer your todo list to their account. The email must be from the old owner and the email address has to match what is on file for that account or we can't transfer the information.

Feedback from users has resulted in another feature added to the Motorhome ToDo List. It now has a place to enter the hours on your generator and tracks the history. Each time you enter the hours and click Submit it stores the hours and date entered. If you click on the Hours link you will see the history. If you want to change the oil in your generator when it reachs 350 hours, put GEN 350 in the Group column for that task. When you enter the generator hours and they are more than 350 the task to change the oil will be hi-lighted. You have to use GEN before the number in the Group column because if you just enter a number it thinks it should compare that to the miles.
